By downloading, installing, or using DoodleMania ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DoodleMania is a free-to-play multiplayer drawing and guessing game. The App allows users to create or join game rooms, draw pictures, and guess words in a fun, competitive environment.

3. User Conduct

When using DoodleMania, you agree NOT to:

• Draw or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other players
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the App
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated systems or bots to play

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these guidelines.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any drawings or messages you create within the App. All drawings are temporary and are deleted when game rooms close. We do not permanently store or review user-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

DoodleMania, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Age Requirements

DoodleMania is intended for users of all ages. Children under 13 should use the App under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
